McMartin Realty merges with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Mason-McDuffie, combining two midtown Sacramento offices.

Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie partner and manager Rich Wilks announced the deal to agents and employees Wednesday.

“Our business cultures and teams are similar, and combined, we will be an even stronger presence in the midtown area,” Wilks said in a news release.
