Zen Sushi

Excellent food and really friendly staff! I recommend the Spicy Q! Great Prices too! All around a really great experience! 

I thought my sushi days were over after I became a vegetarian (yes, fish is meat!), until I discovered the veggie ziggy roll at Zen Sushi. It's small chunks of cooked sweet potato and rice with a tangy sauce -- the kind of deliciousness that often compels me to cast aside my sad little peanut butter sandwich and head out for lunch instead. Another thing I like about Zen Sushi is the little cucumber salad with sesame dressing that comes automatically after you arrive. Also, the fried ice cream for dessert is a treat. The only negative about the place, for me, is that it serves Pepsi products instead of Coca-Cola. But a cold 22-ounce Asahi beer can usually make me forget my cola craving.
