With every serving of Yogurtagogo yogurt, you'll treat your body to live and active probiotic cultures* that help your digestive system keep the balance nature intended.
Your digestive system is central to your body's daily functions. When it's out of balance, you're out of balance. So now you can help give it the support it needs with just one serving of Yogurtagogo yogurt daily to feel the digestive health benefits.
So what are probiotic cultures?
Probiotics are a kind of natural bacteria that your body needs. Probiotics work to crowd out the unfriendly bacteria in your system to naturally regulate the balance of microorganisms in your digestive system. They also help to break down or convert certain types of chemicals to benefit your body.
Yogurtagogo yogurt is also a good source of:
- Protein
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Riboflavin
- Vitamins B-6 and B-12
* Meets the stringent standard set by the National Yogurt Association for containing high amounts of live cultures (at least 10 million cultures per gram at the time of manufacture)

I dream about the dairy-free vanilla
The self-serve yogurt trend has reached maximum overload in Sacramento, but in my opinion Yogurtagogo is far better than its competitors. This place is only two blocks from my office, so pilgrimages are frequent. You won't find gummy worms and 12 different kinds of sugar-coated cereal among the topping choices here. Half of the toppings bar is comprised of fresh fruit, and the other half has a varied selection of sprinkles, nuts, mochii, candy crumbles and yes, a few cereals. The decor is sophisticated and clean, befitting its urban location. It's a place to satisfy an adult sweet tooth, not to take the kids. And the non-dairy vanilla is so good and creamy, it's hard for me to stop thinking about it.
Yoza!
I truly enjoy this place. It's clean-crisp to look and the staffs are friendly and helpful. But common I go there for the fabulous flavors of yogurta and toppings! I've been to other places in Davis and Sacramento, but NONE meets the same standard as Yogurtagogo.
I can't wait to drop by again..( p.s. for us lactose intolerance folks they've got soy or dairy free yogurta, too!) Yuppie!
