Health and wellness have always been an important part of my life. Through years of dance, health care experience, and my undergraduate pre-med work I developed a stronger appreciation for the human body and it's natural healing ability.

I grew up in Minneapolis, MN and obtained a Biology degree at Bethel University. Now, I am honored to use my knowledge and skills to provide nurturing therapeutic massage to people in the Sacramento area. In addition to my massage work I enjoy educating my clients on self-care and ways they can get the most out of their massage treatments.

My knowledge of the body combined with a variety of massage techniques will enable me to help you find the relief from pain and relaxation you desire. After a preliminary consultation, I will design a customized massage treatment for your particular needs.

My first massage! I thought that I had died and gone to heaven. Nichole is a professional, not only has she mastered a personal, skilled technique she is strong and thorough.
