Description
The deadline to drop off your Christmas/Holiday cards for the annual Pony Express Christmas Card Ride is December 8, 2024, at the Sacramento History Museum in Old Sacramento.
Get your holiday cards ready and bring them to the Sacramento History Museum by December 8th. Cards will be collected on December 9th to be included in the annual Pony Express Christmas Card Ride.
Your cards will be hand-cancelled with historical markings then carried on The Historical Pony Express Trail by a Pony Express Horse and Rider from the Folsom History Museum to Old Sacramento on Saturday, December 14th, ending at the Sacramento History Museum. Cards will make their final leg of the journey by United States Postal Service.

It’s The Claw season once again 🙌🍂🍁 and some genius on Reddit suggested an official Claw Day fest w rides, and Wht Claws, and actual Claws, and maybe a clawfish boil. It’s a great idea. There could be a Claw parade and of course Claw driver competitions. Endless possibilities and it would be good fun.
