Description
Hangout Gigs is a new, local music series produced by the Solving Sacramento journalism collaborative — and our first stop is the Torch Club, a Sacramento music institution owned by the same family since 1969! During the event, the jazz/hip hop fusion band LabRats will sit down before the audience for a 30-minute interview for a live episode of our podcast “Creativity in the Capital,” and then they’ll perform a few songs.
There will be time for socializing, eating food (chicken and vegetarian sliders, with potato salad) and grabbing drinks from the bar.
