Our monthly 3&3 wine and food pairing is going to be family style this month, and we would love to indulge in this incredible menu with you, your family, and friends!
The main feature of this month’s menu is the Sleeper Ranch spring lamb. This specially prepared meat is from just 2 miles down the road from our Plymouth winery, so it’s especially fresh. Estate Chef Brian Overhauser will cook the lamb in an “Asador” style, where a fire is made and the meat is cooked as a whole while it absorbs unbelievable flavor.
The lamb along with fresh, flavorful veggies and cauliflower couscous paired perfectly with our wines will have you in summer-mode in no time. This is one of our best menus yet – come join us at the table!
