Description
Corri Chadwick is not an expert on this subject, but she is making it her job to be one. Racism and oppression are a white people problem. It’s a problem that needs to be solved by white people, not people of color (POC). Corri joined us in February and shared with us her story and knowledge on how important it is for us to have these conversations.
In sharing with us, she invited us all to start taking action on how can we create more symmetry in our communities. Corri shared with us her proposed four steps to creating this type of racial equity or symmetry. These steps included included awareness, listening, truth and action.
Thank you for sharing and inspiring us all, Corri, we appreciate your outlook.
