During this time of school closures, expanded online learning and social distancing recommendations to curtail the spread of COVID-19, the library is still here as a critical resource with online support. We have plenty to offer you without the need to leave your couch. We provide access to over 50 online resources along with multiple digital media options to help you research for online classes, learn a new skill or find a good ebook or audiobook to read or listen to.

If you don’t have a card yet, that’s okay. Apply online(Opens in a new window) and get instant access to our digital resources. Card pickup has been extended from 14 days to 3 months.

Libby(Opens in a new window) – The newest app is the easiest way to get started. Libby offers a simplified browsing, checkout and reading experience. Libby is still new and doesn’t yet offer all of the features included in the original OverDrive app.
OverDrive(Opens in a new window) – The classic app is best if you want access to more than the basic features, such as more accessibility settings, streaming video, and the ability to recommend titles for purchase in-app.

Choose from thousands of ebooks, audiobooks and comics. Borrow titles immediately with no waiting, and read them in your web browser or download to your phone or tablet for offline enjoyment. Titles are automatically returned and removed from your device at the end of the lending period.

Ancestry.com – Access to this resource has been temporarily expanded to library cardholders working remotely, courtesy of ProQuest and its partner Ancestry.

Discover your unique family history with billions of free records from around the world, including census and vital records, immigration and passport records, plus periodicals, books and photos. You can also send documents home from the library for your own records. Available in-library only.

Looking for fun indoor activities and games to play? Check out Ready Rosie(Opens in a new window). These quick, two-minute videos offer ways to boost learning through everyday activities like washing dishes or choosing clothes, using materials often found around the home
Healthy at Home(Opens in a new window) offers a mix of brand new material from pediatricians and material pulled from our existing Ready Rosie subscription.
Activities are appropriate for children from infants through early elementary school. No library card needed, just jump right in!
