The Brickhouse Gallery & Art Complex is participating in the 14th Annual Sac Open Studios which will showcase 250+ artists and approximately 119 studios throughout the region. The two-weekend tour is designed to showcase emerging local artists and studios in Sacramento County and the City of West Sacramento, and it’s FREE & open to the public.

Here at The Brickhouse Gallery, we’ll have the open studio of “Ceramic Fine Artist” Deborah Pittman, located in “Studio #9, and “Mixed Media Fine Artist” Kainan Becker, located in Studio #2. In the Studio with Deborah Pittman, you’ll be able to view newly created pieces ceramic pottery that creatively designed, and hands on activities she’s specifically organized, for you! Kainan Becker’s art will definitely lure your curiosity, as he creates some of the most exciting mixed media, abstract and contemporary art pieces. You can explore his “eclectic” studio and view a wide variety of art that he’s created as well for this year’s Sac Open Studio Tours.

We also have an awesome workshop on creating “Power Rocks” with Renee Scott-Femenella! You don’t won’t to miss this really cool workshop, and a Mosaic activity where we will create a unique “Mosaic” for The Brickhouse Art Gallery “bar!”
