Grab your party gear; this month is full of chances to let your hair down! From going green to lighting up the night, Sacramento’s urban core will be the backdrop to festive fun this March. On the eve of St. Patrick’s Day, find the luck of the Irish along the streets of the Old Sacramento Waterfront! Nearly 1,000 marchers, including dancers, bagpipers, bands, and community groups will add color throughout the historic district. Later that night, move to the rhythms of Brazil at CLARA Midtown. Along with grooving to Bossa Nova and Samba tunes, you can tempt your taste buds with Brazilian food and drinks. Wrap up the month above the water! The cities of Sacramento and West Sacramento are teaming up to give the I Street Bridge a much-needed glow up with the first ever I Street Lantern Festival.
