Description
Beat the Sacramento heat with an extended restorative yoga class! Let go mentally and muscularly over 90 minutes using gentle, calming poses with long holds, and ending with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Students will be encouraged to use props, and assistants will be there for (consensual) pose assists, massages, and support. Come to unwind with us!
Dress comfortably and bring whatever you need to totally relax during this time!
