Frankie and the Defenders at the Torch Club in downtown Sacramento. Come on down and have a blast with the 2018 Sammie award winners for rockabilly! Rockabilly, boogie\rock, classic rock – this music is fun, positive and great for dancing. Frankie is a former KSJO Best the Bay Winner with his previous Bay Area Band Frankie Flame and Ruthless Fun. For the last few years, he has been performing around Sacramento and has headlined Harlow’s, The Roseville Opera House and the Theatre Deville. He works things into a frenzy with his flying fingers on guitar, slide guitar and is also a boogie woogie piano player. Stand-up bass sensation Nate Dickson will be slapping the beat out with Erik Erock on drums.
