What makes a city loveable? Why do we connect emotionally with some places and not others? And, why does it matter? Join Downtown Sacramento Partnership and local community and business leaders for the 19th Annual State of Downtown to explore the powerful economic development implications of the mutual love affair between people and their places.

Keynote Speaker: Peter Kageyama
