Little parking lot across the street. Hidden gem. Early dinner quiet, then noisy. Bar regulars, live Spanish guitar. Spread out it in a pastel party size booth, just the two of us. Cushy. I almost hate to tell everyone how great this place is for a weekend brunch, but they do such a great job I can’t keep it a secret.  Its never overcrowded, and the food and service are superb.   They offer a killer seafood omelette, garlic fried chicken (yes, for breakfast, and it is grubbin’), and all the benedicts you could want.  The beignets are made fresh and are piping hot, and my coffee cup has never found itself empty.  The blonde waiter (Curtis?) is a cutie and always has a smile.   Why line up like trained pigs down the street, when you can come here and have better food sitting in front of you in 1/3 the time?
