“This is my go-to Thai place. And I’ve sampled many of them around downtown Sac in my ongoing quest to fulfill my South Asian food cravings. It’s not the most modern, and decor and atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but this place is all about the FOOD. I’m addicted to the red curry paste entrees (prig keang) – try it with seafood or just veggies. It’s perfectly spicy and soulful. I’ve yet to have a bad entree here. They have all the classic Thai restaurant staples – curries, noodles, stir fry. You can’t go wrong. The only downside is it’s slightly out of walking range from my work! I really want to promote this place in light of all the snazzier Thai places that have popped up recently that serve inferior food. I’ll continue to be a devotee to Bangkok @12.
