Revolution Wines  works with local growers to produce wines that show the distinctive character of the Sacramento region. They also serve local and seasonal produce, including locally grown and made fruits, vegetables, bread, cheeses and charcuterie, house made pasta, crackers and pickled delights and locally raised meats and fish to compliment their wines and menu of locally brewed ales, pilsners and  ciders.
