Featuring Buck Ford, The Appletons, The Stray, Wolf Creek Boys

A summer concert showcase along side of Goldfield and The Wolf. They will be every fourth Sunday of the summer and they are going to be shows you wont want to miss! This even is free and fun for the whole family, so come out and support some of the best Country and Americana bands that California has to offer!

Nashville recording artist Buck Ford is a young, pure country singing sensation that focuses on keeping the traditional country sound and rhythm flowing. Bucks influences consist of George Strait, Merle Haggard, George Jones and Keith Whiteley, just to name a few. Buck and his band pride themselves on the fact that their performances “bring back to life” the sound and feel of real old country music.

Buck began his story as a professional motocross racer, riding the circuit for over a decade. He received a full ride endorsement with a Honda team through the West Coast Super Cross Series in 2009. He placed his riding career on hold to pursue his love and passion for country music. Despite his dedication and talent in the professional motocross scene, his heart has always been in country music. His performances include his own written and composed music and covers songs from greats such as the likes of George Strait, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Keith Whitley, Craig Morgan, Wade Hayes, Mark Chesnutt, Tracy Lawrence, Chris Young, Billy Currington, Hank Jr., Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Waylon Jennings, Garth Brooks and many more.

Buck has been successfully playing for over 7 years, and played with other fine musicians, such as The Time Jumpers, Vince Gill, Dawn Sears, Wade Hayes, James Mitchell, Mike Johnson, Brent Mason, Paul Franklin, Kevin Grant, Lonnie Wilson, Larry Franklin, and many other talented musicians throughout the West Coast, South West and Nashville regions.

The Stray – Thought provoking original American music from Auburn, CA. Songwriter Mo Murphy Explores the shadows through a psychedelic lens by shedding light on some of the darker aspects of the American way of life as well as staring straight into the the blinding abyss of awareness. Multi talented band mates deftly weave the musical tales with Casey Tomasi on drums, Travis Sinel on lead guitar & Brad Butler on bass. Expect the unexpected.

Wolf Creek Boys are an acoustic duo proudly hailing from Grass Valley, CA; comprised of brothers Mathew and Jerry Sena. Their focus on honest songwriting, as well as a sound that blends Americana influences with their upbringing in the Sierra Nevada foothills, has continued to grow both their live and recorded presence in the northern California music scene.

They’d spent the first few months playing local open mics, but have since moved up to sharing the stage with Chuck Ragan at venues such as the Sierra Nevada Big Room in Chico and Moes Alley in Santa Cruz. The Wolf Creek Boys spent most of 2016 playing shows around California and Nevada to support their first self-titled physical release, and are making plans to continue to tour along the West Coast and beyond. They’re scheduled to release their next EP late in the summer of 2017, in addition to releasing a video produced by Devan Power.
