Description
“Picture the Path” is a solo exhibition by Jermaine Tilson aka JCRUX, a local artist who has had several exhibitions and has also been a “Wide Open Walls” muralist. His latest series of artwork will feature mixed media art, is created as an interactive art experience for the viewer, to choose a path; the dark path or the light path, each dealing with the healing and spiritual journey of discovery by the artist. Whichever path is chosen, in the end, the two paths connect through a painting that connects both Light and Dark.
The Opening Artist Reception will feature musical Hip Hop artist personally chosen by Jermaine and performing for our Oak Park First Friday event. Artist featured are: “Bornfly,” “Cam One,” “ThaDestination” and “Tootography” sharing her photography.
