What’s a Mixoff?
Bartenders compete for prizes and infamy by making their best cocktails! What’s in it for you?
After a welcoming cocktail, you’ll get to taste all the entries AND a portion of your ticket price goes to TWO non-profits! Proceeds benefit Project Amigo and NorCal AIDS Cycle.
Each bartender will make his or her own favorite cocktail – you’ll taste each, the judges will taste each and after much tasting and deliberation two finalists will be chosen to move forward to round two. Judges are given score cards and award points based on several criteria.
n Round two, the finalists will make their favorite Paloma. You and the judges will taste these also, of course!

This year, we decided to add to the excitement – we are inviting three Tequilas to the party! Dos Volcanes Agave Spirits, Azuñia and Altos will join us – each are award winning tequilas.
