Description
Yoga Moves Us makes yoga available by organizing free vinyasa yoga classes in the Greater Sacramento area and beyond. This free all-levels vinyasa yoga class is accessible to everyone! Do what you can, and take rest when you need to.
Note: Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Wear clothes that allow for comfortable movement. A limited amount of yoga mats will be available for those without a mat.
