Description
The gallery space at Big Stump Brewery is hosting the art of Geo Graening. This series, called Earth Energy, is a series of emotive 3-D landscapes created by combining raw earth pigments, sand, plaster, and acrylic gel. There is a tension between 2 dimensions and 3 dimensions from the impasto from heavy-bodied acrylic medium and acrylic plasters, and in some pieces, carved polymeric foam, troweled plaster.
