The Mill at Broadway will host Elevate, a grand opening celebration for the Penthomes, Sacramento’s premier urban living. The street faire style event is free and open to the public featuring live music, food trucks, a beer garden, craft beverages, guided tours and giveaways. The community event also features pop-up shops and immersive event experiences, such as The Shop by Design Shop Interiors showcasing merchandise for sale that was designed for the Penthomes.

Named Sacramento Project of the Year by the Urban Land Institute, “The Mill at Broadway is one of most remarkable neighborhoods in Sacramento,” said Steve Hanson, Sacramento City Councilmember. The Mill will eventually feature an urban farm and curated food and beverage experiences in a renovated produce warehouse. Once completely built, the Mill is expected to have up to 1,000 homes.
