Sacramento Cocktail Week (SCW) is a special week long celebration uniting local bartenders, fine spirits, fresh products and artisan cocktails. SCW was founded in 2008 by local cocktail enthusiasts Erick Castro and Joe Anthony Savala in order to celebrate Sacramento’s artisan cocktail movement.

Join us at the Jungle Bird as we team up with the fine folks at Novo Fogo Organic Cachaca to fight the rampant destruction of rainforests around the world. Jim Romdall will be behind the stick whipping up delicious Cachaca cocktails with a large percentage of the proceeds going to the Rainforest Alliance, an international non-governmental organization working at the intersection of business, agriculture and forests to make responsible business the new normal.
