Description
Dec. 6-8
Celebrating its 46th Anniversary, one of Northern California’s most loved holiday home tours returns this year with five elegantly decorated homes in East Sacramento’s historic Fabulous Forties neighborhood.
This popular tour has grown to include approximately 5,500 patrons from all over Northern California and beyond. The homes showcase elaborate renovation while preserving historic detail, custom interior design, and creative holiday decor that is sure to ignite the spirit of the season. Homes on the tour this year range in style from a cottage, to a Colonial, to a brick Tudor full of East Sacramento charm.
This year the self-guided walking tour begins on 46th Street between M Street and Folsom Blvd. and winds its way through East Sacramento ending on 41th Street between J Street and M Street. You may start at any home and the tour takes approximately two hours to complete depending on your pace. Participating home addresses and a neighborhood map is printed on the back of each ticket.
Following the tour, don’t miss the beloved Holiday Boutique and Cafe located at Sacred Heart Parish School. This year will also feature a Champagne bar. No ticket is required to visit the holiday boutique, café, or champagne bar.
The Holiday Home Tour is a fundraiser that benefits Sacred Heart Parish School, and is organized by the parents of Sacred Heart Parish School.
