Description
Often undervalued, collage and assemblage are dynamic media that create conversations between old and new, past and present, similar and varied. Inspired by the works of Alison and Betye Saar, this workshop focuses on transforming objects and images through fragmenting, combining, and recontextualizing them. Participants should bring personal items, such as photos, magazine clippings, product labels, and maps to use in their collage.
