Attilla Sautov is renowned in music circles around the world for his brilliance as a soloist, having performed on every continent and in over 83 countries with some of the world’s major orchestras. Attilla Sautov has performed as solo violinist in many of the world’s most prestigious venues, including Cologne Philharmonic, Munich Philharmonic (Germany), Hong Kong Arts Center and Sydney Opera House (Australia). Mr. Sautov is passionate about bringing quality classical music to music lovers.
Akiko Gaffney studied piano under Akira Sato and Reiko Kikuchi while attending the Tokyo School of Music. She received a Bachelor of Music degree and Artist Diploma from the Tokyo College of Music. She continued her musical education during graduate school at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music where she earned a Performance Diploma and studied piano solo with Michel Block (awarded the Rubinstein Award in Warsaw at the VI International Chopin Piano Competition in 1960) and chamber music with Rostislav Dubinsky (first violinist of the Borodin Quartet). Akiko is currently President of the Sacramento/San Joaquin District of the California Association of Professional Music Teachers and Vice President of MTAC Sierra Branch.
