Safer Sactown Cycling Class!

Join City Councilmember Phil Pluckebaum, City Mobility & Sustainability Division Manager Jennifer Donlon Wyant, SBK mechanics, and lifelong Sac cyclists for a conversation about riding the grid safely! Participants can pick up free bikeway maps, bike lights, and bike bells, and learn more about:
Basic safety tips, from helmets to lights to traffic laws
Recent, imminent, and planned bicycle infrastructure additions within District 4 and surrounding areas
What the signage and lights mean for car vs. bike traffic
Problematic areas and how to navigate safely
Space is limited so please RSVP soon. This is *not* a hands-on repair class, instead we will be providing chairs and beverages!
