California Professional Chef Challenge @ California State Fair
July 18 – July 19
California is bursting with rising star chefs who make our state’s bounty really shine!
Professional chefs will use a mystery ingredient to prepare a 3-course, restaurant-quality meal in front of a live Fair audience and a panel of qualified Judges at the Save Mart California’s Kitchen.
