Originally from Japan, it is designed by Hiroshi Awai which makes it difficult to find in the United States. Milanova said she hopes to be a catalyst for high fashion coming to Sacramento by bringing clothing lines that are more often found in larger cities like Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles.
