3-8pm // Celebrate the holidays with the City of Elk Grove at the Illumination Holiday Festival on Saturday, December 2! This 4th annual event includes everything you’re looking for – shopping in a holiday vendor village brought to you by River City Marketplace, wintery bounce houses, ice skating….yes…ice skating, holiday delicacies, carnival games, a giant snowglobe, maybe a Santa sighting, the beloved Holiday Parade of Lights, and the lighting of the City’s Ribbon Tree.
- 3:00pm – Illumination Festival Begins
- 6:00pm – Holiday of Lights Parade around District56
- Lighting of the City Ribbon Tree following the Parade
- 8:00pm – Festival ends
