Returns on January 28, 2024. Great presentations, chocolate tasting, and more are taking place at the Citizen Hotel in downtown Sacramento.
Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can taste & experience the finest in artisan, gourmet & premium chocolate in one of California’s most central regions.
Participants include chocolatiers, confectioners, and other culinary artisans such as Amano Artisan Chocolate, CocoTutti, Goufrais, Volo Chocolate, Vanys Chocolates, Kindred Cooks Caramels, Godavari Chocolate, By Three Bears jerky, Fabula Tea, Sam’s Gourmet Jams, Fookie Fudge, Brigadeiro Sprinkles, and more.
