With special guest D.D. Simon performing her international hit songs, this Gala is filled with excellence and captivated by elegance. Enjoy fie-star dinner while attending the Black History Month Awards presented to Sacramento native actress Danielle Monae Truitt, co-star of Law And Order Organized Crime; Petri Byrd Hawkins, from the Judge Judy Show; Sacramento City Councilman Rick Jennings; Mary Lomax- Ghirarduzzi, Vice-President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Pacific; and many more illustrious community leaders such as Zion Tadesse, Kathryn Pitts, Keona King and more to complete an incredible dais of Black History Makers.
