Please join us for our first ever virtual Creative Mornings this Friday! Mikko Gatchalian will be leading us through an introspective virtual workshop on purpose and values.
Mikko is a professionally trained work and life coach who received her coaching certification through the University of California, Davis. Mikko’s coaching journey was inspired by her experience as a pediatric oncology nurse at the University of California, San Francisco. Her patients’ ability to live their life with courage and grace in the face of suffering and death has given her insight into what it means to live a life full of meaning. Her unique gift of empathizing and connecting with clients is what aids them in finding clarity and direction while creating a life that is of value to them. She believes that taking some time for quiet introspection is valuable. From this place we can understand our values and make a decision on who we want to be and what we want to do. Our fulfillment in life is in fact dependent on our becoming- in understanding who and what we are becoming.
