Sharon Joyce Presents the delightful holiday production, Elf The Musical
Based on the cherished 2003 film (Elf), Elf The Musical features songs by Tony Award nominees Matthew Sklar (The Wedding Singer) and Chad Beguelin (Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway), with a book by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan (Annie, The Producers, Hairspray) and Bob Martin (The Drowsy Chaperone). Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making skills cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discovers his true identity. Along the way he helps others find the true meaning of Christmas. This show is sure to be a holiday favorite. Make memories by enjoying this “SPARKLEJOLLYTWINKLEJINGLY” production, Elf The Musical, with the whole family!

Please note our current COVID protocols: While the Woodland Opera House is back to 100% capacity, currently the Yolo County Health Department requires face coverings for all of our patrons regardless of vaccination status. And for an added layer of protection for our guests, Opera House staff will take the temperature of all theatre attendees upon their entry. In addition, masks and hand sanitizer are available free and as a courtesy to anyone in attendance at each theatre event. Thank you for understanding.
