Description
Celebrate the Christmas Season with Handel’s Messiah and Ramirez’s Navidad Nuestra
at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament
The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament will present an Epiphany Concert featuring two masterpieces: Handel’s Messiah and Ramirez’s Navidad Nuestra.
Join us on January 3 and 4 at 7:30 PM for an unforgettable evening of music performed by the Cathedral Choir, Capella Antiqua, and the Sacramento Baroque Soloists.
Experience Handel’s Messiah in two languages! The January 3rd performance will be in English, and the January 4th performance will be in Spanish using a new translation.
This performance will be complemented by the vibrant Navidad Nuestra by Argentine composer Ariel Ramirez, a unique piece that beautifully blends traditional Latin American folk music with the story of the Nativity.
The concert will take place in the stunning architecture and acoustics of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.
