Description
Explore art and mindfulness for March’s full moon! Full moons embody the peak of a cycle and are a great time to focus your heightened emotional and mental processes by finding time for gratitude and acknowledgement of life’s beauty. Similar to our “New Year, New Moon” class, these full moon kits will include specific items such as essential oil blends, candles, and gemstones. Then design and personalize your own kit as well as write out your thoughts and manifestations.
Come in comfy clothes and bring a pillow and a blanket for sound healing, Reiki, and a guided meditation from certified Reiki practitioner, Jasmine Eastburn.
And there will be more delicious teas!
