TRG 5K Resolution & Yoga

5K Resolution is a 5-kilometer (3.1 mile) run/walk followed by yoga in the park to help residents in the Sacramento region kick start the New Year with a resolution to be more committed to their health and their communities. A key feature of the event is the opportunity to write your resolutions on self-addressed post cards that are mailed to you in July as a reminder to stay motivated during the second half of the year. Race medals are also provided to all race participants.

The run/walk begins at 9:00am and yoga in the park begins at 10:15am. Bring your mat from home or purchase one from the Fleet Feet Booth and enjoy some relaxation, stretching and mindfulness exercises to help you achieve balance in the new year!

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is no age limit. ID is not required to attend the event or pick up packets. This is a charity fun run. We operate on the honor system.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Crocker Park is at the heart of downtown Sacramento at 2nd and O Streets. Crocker Park can be accessed by exiting I-5 at J Street and heading right off the ramp onto 3rd Street.

Sacramento Regional Transit stops within walking distance of the Crocker Park. Recommended bus routes on Saturday are: 15, 30, 34, 38, 51, 62, 86 & 88. The nearest Light Rail stop is at 8th and O Streets. A basic fare is $2.50.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You may transfer your registration to another runner. Sign in to your eventbrite ticket using your ticket link or account and change the name of the attendee. You may also contact the race director to make switches. Please provide the First and Last Name, Age, Gender, email address and phone number of the new attendee.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Sign in to your eventbrite ticket using your ticket link or your account.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We should be able to look you up using your last name. Please go green. If for some reason we need to verify your purchase, we can do so electronically.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, but do allow for a transfer of registration to another participant.
