Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters – East Sac
Posted to June 5th, 2013
NEW East Sacramento location: Folsom Blvd. between 47th and 48th
Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters is leading the way in a new generation of Coffee Houses, integrating our Roastery in an open concept for customers to watch the entire process. In our glass surrounded training/cupping room you can learn more about coffee tasting, brewing and hear stories from our yearly trips to coffee farms we have relationships with.
We offer coffee that represents the best in both quality and integrity through sustainable farming practices.
We Provide Freshness & Quality In Our Bean Selection
We roast small batches to ensure the freshest possible coffee while maintaining the intrinsic flavors within the fruit. We travel overseas to growing regions to meet producers, and learn how their coffee growing practices, micro-climates, quality and care ultimately contribute to the end result in your cup.
Coffee is a fruit and as a fruit it is important to be fresh. We source beans that have been harvested within the last 12 months to ensure freshness. For this reason our selection of coffee beans will be ever changing, keeping up with harvesting seasons.
We value your comments and input in our business and encourage you to discuss your needs with our Baristas at any time.
