Mother of Macros is setting up a pop up shop within the Together Midtown boutique at 920 24th Street Sacramento for people to stop by and try her meals! She’s also going to be featured on Good Day Sacramento that same morning!
Mother of Macros is a meal prepping company with a great story (based in Nevada, but expanding nationwide with a focus on the Sacramento area).
Alyssa, the mom / business owner (originally from the Sacramento area) started the company after working for years in the food industry as a professional chef. She was 250 pounds and extremely unhealthy. She had a child and suffered from postpartum depression —- that’s when she started researching macros, meal prepping and lost more than 100 pounds. The best part, her meals actually taste good! Her culinary background shows in everything she prepares. Her passion for helping others is truly inspiring, in fact her husband lost 80 pounds over the course of the last year eating her meals.
