On October 11th and 12th the Sacramento Turn Verein will hold its 52nd Annual Oktoberfest at Turner Hall, a celebration patterned after the world-famous Oktoberfest in Munich. The largest folk festival in the world has been a Bavarian tradition for 200 years.
Many Sacramentans have come to anticipate the Turn Vereinβs Oktoberfest because they know they can enjoy traditional German music, food and drink that they can find only at this event. The Sacramento Turners host the best Oktoberfest in the Sacramento area.
