Please join us at The Brickhouse Gallery & Art Complex for our Oak Park First Friday finale, featuring “Sunny Blue Bland,” a FREE CONCERT.
Singer, entertainer and son of legendary blues legend, Bobby “Blue” Bland, Sunny “Blue” Bland performs classic grooves and original blues to bring back a little taste of the blues for the people. We know you do not want to miss this night.
We also have the Opening Artist Reception for local and emerging artists Jermaine Tilson aka “J-CRUX” who has had several solo exhibits in Sacramento, and also was a “Wide Open Walls” muralist. His exhibition at The Brickhouse, titled “Picture the Path” is an interactive exhibit that will take each person on a path that they choose; Light or Dark. Jermaine’s art is created for you to experience the healing and spiritual journey he experiences, through his mixed media paintings. It truly is an experience.
His reception includes guests’ performances by Hip Hop artist “Bornfly,” “Cam One,” and “Tha Destination,” with photography by “Tootography” (Brittany). Food vendor “1837 Vegan”
