Paul Conyers is one of the fastest-rising stars in comedy today. While his college basketball career was spent mostly on the bench, Paul‘s knack for storytelling and razor-sharp wit has taken him to heights his shooting percentage never could.
His debut comedy special Above The Fray is available on Amazon Prime Video, and his latest special Should’ve Stayed Downstairs is now streaming on the Open Bar Comedy Network. In 2024, Paul was handpicked for JFL’s Moontower Comedy Festival, where he performed in the highly coveted “Overlooked” show, featuring hilarious comedians who are just waiting to be discovered.
Paul‘s talent has been recognized on some of the biggest stages in comedy. He took 1st place at the 2020 World Series of Comedy Main Event in Las Vegas, and has earned “Best of the Fest” honors at the SLO Comedy Festival, Big Pine Comedy Festival, and Sacramento Comedy Festival. A regular at comedy clubs, theaters, casinos, and cruise ships across the country, Paul‘s jokes can also be heard on Pandora and SiriusXM.
Standing at an absurd height, Paul may become combative if you claim to know more about Harry Potter than he does—but with his sharp humor and undeniable stage presence, it’s unlikely you’ll win that argument!
