Always prompt, professional and honest. Detailed estimate of expected repair costs and rationale. Quick turnaround. Dealerships should study Black Rock to learn how to do it right, and how to deliver excellent personal customer service. They are my “go to” for all my repair needs. I’d give six stars if I could.
