ARTHOUSE ON R is proud to present the art exhibition “Time and Place” at ARTHOUSE Gallery on historic R Street in Sacramento, Dec 12-January 6, 2025.
Please join us as we feature the abstract art of Deb Hall at ARTHOUSE on R Gallery, 1021 R Street in Sacramento. The opening reception, including an opportunity to meet the artist, is Saturday, December 14th from 5pm-8pm.
“Time and Place” presents colorful, abstract artworks conveying stories rich in detail and metaphor. Deb’s paintings provide the viewer with a rich palette and varied textures as she demonstrates a mastery of color and form.
As a retired landscape designer and geology-loving trekker, Deb is truly enamored with exposed earth strata and the geometric adjacencies of multi-hued vistas and textured growing fields. As a city dweller, she also finds the flat and papered walls of urban streetscapes hugely compelling. In all ways, it is these weathered terrains and her curiosity about what lays beneath and within them that informs her art.
This show can be seen from Dec 12, 2024 through Jan 6, 2025 during regular business hours. ARTHOUSE is open Tues – Sat 10am-4pm and Sunday 11am-2pm. The artist, Deb Hall, will be present at the Second Saturday reception, Dec 14, from 5-8pm.
