El Dr. César Lozano es Médico Cirujano y Partero egresado de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Tiene Maestría en Salud Pública y Sub-Especialidad de Salud en el Trabajo en la Facultad de Salud Pública de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Adquirió el Diplomado de Productividad-Calidad en la División de Ingeniería-Arquitectura en el Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Monterrey.
Fue titular de la Coordinación de Servicios Médicos durante tres años en Cáritas de Monterrey, posteriormente se desempeñó como Director General de la misma institución. También fue maestro de la Facultad de Salud Pública de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
Ejerció su carrera de médico cirujano durante más de 20 años; sin embargo, la vida lo fue llevando poco a poco a una actividad que no tenía planeada. El trato con los pacientes lo llevó a creer firmemente que la mayoría de las enfermedades vienen del alma, de la actitud, del rencor, motivo por el cual empezó a investigar sobre el tema, esto aunado a su necesidad de impartir pláticas de Calidad en el Servicio y Actitud en la institución donde laboraba, Cáritas de Monterrey. Así fue que empezó su carrera como conferencista.
