    The Ethel MacLeod Hart Senior Center is the heart of operations for the City of Sacramento Older Adult Services division. In addition to providing a wide array of services, the center is a gathering for people who come together to stretch their horizons, have fun, learn new things, make friends, and discover the joys of life in a holistic manner. The Hart Senior Center offers enrichment classes, fitness activities, services and opportunities to socialize – all to optimize the aging experience.

    Membership is NOT a requirement before participating or registering for any of our classes for activities.

    Bring your child to this fun story time and gallery adventure for children ages 3 to 5. Children engage with a different work of art through dialogue and interactions that encourage visual literacy, social-emotional skills, creative confidence, and museum familiarity.

    Space is limited, advance registration is recommended. Registration opens 30 days prior to each program date.

    Limited drop-in availability, drop-ins welcome with space permitting.

    Thank you to everyone who’s joined us so far — the energy has been powerful! Because of that, we will be holding sessions from 6:30-8pm every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

    Breath in Rhythm is a space for men to breathe, release, and reconnect. All are welcome. No experience needed.
