    The Ethel MacLeod Hart Senior Center is the heart of operations for the City of Sacramento Older Adult Services division. In addition to providing a wide array of services, the center is a gathering for people who come together to stretch their horizons, have fun, learn new things, make friends, and discover the joys of life in a holistic manner. The Hart Senior Center offers enrichment classes, fitness activities, services and opportunities to socialize – all to optimize the aging experience.

    Membership is NOT a requirement before participating or registering for any of our classes for activities.

    Mirror Image Dance Company is more than just a place to learn technique from world-class instructors. Founded on the idea that everyone should have access to dance, MIDC proudly fosters a fun dance environment where everyone is welcomed with open arms — all body types, ethnicities, genders, socioeconomic statuses, and experience levels.

    Come join us for our 10th annual showcase, Lead the Way, featuring the recreational and competitive dancers of Mirror Image Dance Company! Dancers have been working all year on their skills and choreography and they are so excited to share their hard work with everyone.
