Create one or multiple one-of-a-kind wall hangings with your own unique style in this 2.5 hr long handbuilding class. We’ll be using the slab method to create smooth ceramic works of art. You’ll learn neat tips and tricks, like which kitchen utensils make great ceramic tools. The class will begin with a demonstration and general overview of slab construction before we construct our pieces together. This is a fun, inclusive and relaxing class. Folks of all skill levels are welcome (no experience necessary) and all materials are provided.
Please note: Masks will be required to attend this class

About the Instructor:

Shevaun is a Sacramento native with a passion for community building through art and collaborative projects. Her work is inspired by Taco Bell’s decor in the ’90s, classic Nickelodeon toons, and The Memphis Group.

It's a beautiful 15-minute drive from downtown Sacramento to our favorite destination in the California Delta. The Old Sugar Mill really is a perfect place to get hitched. ❤️❤️
