Sheri and Martin are thoughtful and accomplished designers who will share their in depth stories of two landscapes featured on the upcoming Show the Flow Tour – the Watershed Approach to Landscapes. We’ll discuss how storm water retention features and challenges shaped their designs. Explore the creative use of ‘green infrastructure’ design details. Compare and contrast a diminutive front yard bungalow residence in Land Park versus the restoration of a beloved community landmark in Elk Grove. Let these watershed-wise projects inspire your designs in form and function.
BONUS: BOOK EXCHANGE – Bring a book(s) you’d like to exchange for books donated by fellow APLD members. A fun way to expand your library while sharing with others!
